Once an order has shipped, 2nd Floor Gallery is not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, or stolen during transit, as outlined in our Terms of Service. Any shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier associated with your tracking number.
Incorrect sizing does not qualify for a refund. Any approved return or exchange, if applicable, will be at the customer’s expense. We strongly encourage reviewing our sizing guides carefully before placing an order. If you need assistance with sizing, please contact us prior to purchase.
